Dayluck ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in our iOS application ("Dayluck" or "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Account Information

• Email Address: Your verified email is the only required identifier for your account.
• Display Name: You may choose any name (real or pseudonymous) - this field is optional and not used for identification.

(b) Astrological Profile Data

• Birth Details: For each profile you create, we store:
  • Date of birth (required)
  • Time of birth (optional but recommended for accurate analysis)
  • Place of birth (city and country)
  This information is securely stored and used exclusively to generate your personalized Dayluck calendar and astrological reports.

(c) Platform Data

• Platform Information: We collect only the device type (iOS or Android) and operating system version to optimize app performance.
• Push Notification Token: Only if you switch on daily forecast notifications, we store the push token your device's operating system issues to this app. It is a device identifier, held against your account for the sole purpose of delivering the daily notification you asked for, and it is never used for advertising, profiling, or tracking you across other apps or websites. Turning notifications off in Settings removes that device's token, and deleting your account removes it along with everything else. We do not store a token for anyone who has not switched notifications on.

(d) Support Communications

Correspondence with our support team (sent to info@dayluck.app) is retained for up to 5 years to ensure service quality and for future reference.

(e) Explicitly Not Collected

We do not collect:

• IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or any device identifier other than the push notification token described in section (c) — which we hold only while you have notifications switched on
• Location data (except voluntarily provided birth places)
• Payment information (all purchases are processed through Apple's secure payment system)
• Any sensitive personal information beyond what's specified above
